Heritage Academy provides a supportive learning environment for Middle Schoolers to develop important study skills, refine their interests, talents, and critical thinking skills and build their leadership, confidence, creativity, citizenship, integrity, and responsibility levels. The Middle School curriculum provides for sixth through eighth grade students to take four core subjects: English, Math, Science, and Social Studies by taking three 85-minute classes each semester. Students are placed according to skills ability rather than specific grade level and qualified students may be scheduled into advanced classes to earn high school credit.
Heritage Academy offers a high school college preparatory diploma requiring a minimum of 21 credits in grades 9-12. In addition, students will participate in their extracurricular passion. The academic expectations and level of instruction at Heritage Academy exceed SCISA/COGNIA guidelines, university admissions criteria and NCAA Eligibility Center standards. Academic excellence stands at the core of a Heritage Academy education where students are challenged, nurtured, and supported in the pursuit of their dreams while they engage in a purposeful, engaging, collaborative, and individualized educational journey.
